In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Everyone seems sweet.

Dislikes

...7 but they make you work 9-10. They want you to work on holidays and leaves too. If not then you will be fired and also you have return the salary they paid you,according to the offer letter clause.There is no work life balance. You can't have a life here. Only work. Even if you are at home. Sat sun is off but you need to work on that as well.

The firm and the job have both been excellent for me and my growth as an employee. But even more importantly, I appreciated that our paychecks were not withheld during the Covid. I also verified with some of my co-workers. Nobody was given a pay cut. That has been a huge drive for me to come here and work. In addition, the folks I work with are really supportive.
