1. Infrastructure of how applications are organized. 2. Mandating specified days to office in the age of Remote Jobs 3. 1 small cafeteria in office that serves only lunch meals and no breakfast or dinner 4.

Lack of carrier growth opportunities. Low salary package to experienced employees, managers are exceptions for above. Managers are just getting paid for checking an emails & asking for an update.

It's a big brand and employee benefits are good like transportation, insurance etc.

...s, bias, favouritism, retaliation now rules across verticals specially in India. If you raise something you will be targetted and your ratings, bonus, increment everything will be spoiled and you will be sidelined from everything until you quit.
