Lack of carrier growth opportunities. Low salary package to experienced employees, managers are exceptions for above. Managers are just getting paid for checking an emails & asking for an update.

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

- Stable salary with no hidden deductions - good regular benefits - goodies, Bravo points

- No promotions, comes to only who knows buttering - Too much politics, Selfish management, higher position people have high ego problems

Just one work life balance. There is hardly any team which works more than 4-5 hours a day. Work is chilled out.

Dislikes

...head, there is no investigations and instead juniors have to face repurcussions. Pay pretty less. And there is a lot of firing and layoff culture.

It is captive. All have processes like corporate action,fund accounting, reconciliation, trade, middle office

...policy. Personal investment is banned under investment policy. Salary increment. Giving less salary compare to market demand
