Overall no dislikes particular as such. I hope they maintain the Hybrid model for 3 days and flexible work hours system.

Stonex is a flat organization that offers ample opportunities for self development and career growth. The firm encourages individuals to leverage its resources to elevate their professional journey. As a relatively younger player in Indian market , Stonex presents tremendous potential for learning and contributing meaningfully to the company's growth.

While there is much to appreciate, one area i would like to see further strengthened is the adoption of a growth mindset culture across the organization. Encouraging continuous learning, open feedback, and innovation among team members can significantly enhance both individual and collective performance.

Likes

The higher management in US is clear on specifying what needs to be done and the goals and future roadmap looks optimistic. Most of the decisions are transparent and constant efforts are made for employees to speak up about the ongoing problems, issues or conflicts and they try to address up to some point.

Dislikes

More of a divide and rule strategy used by the management, unnecessary pressure situations created by management. Has hire and fire policy for some departments which again depends on the decision of department head.

no dedicated parking space even paid parking is not available for the company. non hygienic and congested work space with few option for food. mostly dependent upon online food vendors or local vendor outside premises. Manager drive the culture on it own convenient when it come to offsite party or any event completely baised instead follow what should a company do.
