    If you really want to spoil your career join this company. Increament every year is between 4-6%. Ball throw game culture across the company. No Development plan for the employees. Scolding shouting is very common. Senior don’t respect employees. No one takes responsibility Or ownership

    ...HR will attract by adding 20% variable pay but It’s not paid every year.

    At site level people are really great they will help you through out your tenure till you are working at Site in O&M

    No promotions Do not expect salary hikes. Even if you do good things your Manager will not give you recognition ,either he will show to seniors that he had done this good work or he will not show what good things you have done to improve culture. Promotions & other things will be given to those only who are close to manager Even if he is not doing anything. Always asked to Lie if any senior person visits No integrity at all. Your creativity will not be recognised at all. Lots of Internal politics.

    I have been looted working 12 Hours per Day with a Salary of ₹6000 per month without any kind of TA and Other Allowances , so I have to Run away from Company.in which Labours Inspector is also included for lul of money.

    Sir all employees are working for 12 hours like Animals no Visit of any Labour Inspector or any Government Staff to check the Quility of food they are eating at Company Canteen .no Extra pay for 4 Hours after 8Hours wors .Only in pen and Paper they are Showing.
