... You will not get a feel of Japanese culture but Indian. No fruitful activities. Compensation are very poor. Might be lowest in industry. Even their vendors give more compensation. Not much to learn. Work life balance near to zero. Will think twice before recommending anyone to join SMG.

Zero work culture and learning opportunity.they use like tools and lethargic human resources department cannot do anything other than attendance mails. The company policy tells that taking leave is not your right.(as per Suzuki code of conduct).

Nothing much except bonus. Everyone is holding just for it. Otherwise resignation rate would be very high.

Everything. If you think for refreshments after your work, even then you'll dissatisfied as plant location is worse then ever, nothing seems good outside of the plant(food, people etc.) If you relocat to mehsana then you will be chewed out via traveling.
