As compare to other educational institutes, only good thing is salary received on time.

... handled the work of Recruitment / Payroll / Grievances / Attendance everything. One fine day the management decided to deduct the one month salary of all Symbiosis Medical College and Hospital Staff, and proceeded for circular. In circular it was clearly mentioned that the Salaried need to deduct for all Teaching and Non teaching Staff. Accordingly i had processed the same. Out of all staff 3 doctors was very close to Management and there salaries was not liable to deduct as those 3 doctors was very very close to management (Here no one informed me that those doctors salaries should not to deduct). As per circular i had deducted the same and those 3 doctors has complied to management. The Management has enquired to Head HR and Dean Sir. (At this time Both Head HR and Dean Sir should informed to management that we had not been informed about non deduction of salary so we deducted, instead of saying this these too Mahan said that the HR Coordinator has deducted the salary). My question was how come i will directly deduct the salary without any concerned signature. Management didnt put the proper enquiry and asked me to leave the institute. I had resigned the same and started searching new job and not am working as good place on good position. My Only request to all job seeker is never ever join Symbiosis as the Management is most worst and the worsiest worst is HR System.

This university is industry leading and good work environment and culture. My department always appreciate my work, my contribution and every word of suggestions. Company policies are good.

It is really my pleasure working in symbiosis labs. Working atmosphere is very good. They also support in lockdown by promoting work from home.

Dislikes

Learning oppurtunities could be better. Training schedules could be more frequent.
