Nothing is good about this organisation. Worst place to work.

One of the worst place I had ever seen in my work life. I would recommend people not to join this organisation and waste their life. If any questions we raise on the management (Co-founder & HRs) they will simply answer that it’s a startup we are yet to streamline the process. So please be aware of it.

Work load which is every where but here work load but nothing to learn new. Bad office politics and harrassment of girls No any security for girls Parking issue is always Poor management Do not follow the processes in project

- Politics - Managers and Leads don't have knowledge. - Work life balance is not maintained. - They are forcing you to do work even after working hours has been completed. - Some manager like Krushnasinh Rathore, is having ego and don't have proper leadership skill.

Focusing much on processes, not retaining any single old employees even though employee with synoverge more than 6-7 years. Want to grow, however not wanted to provide opportunity to grow to old employees. Instead they hire from market.

There one big issue that whatever situation or problems you have, you have to work for them in any condition, even in lockdown they forced the trainees to come at office location and complete their training instead of work from home facilities.
