My manager was a Rude and mannerless guy. He doesn't maintain workplace decorum and have made inappropriate remarks. From the starting of my work he had treated me badly and never left any chance to make derogatory remarks. If my work was not satisfactory then my work should not be even uploaded to the code base but that is not the case here he has personal hate towards me and made my whole 3 months very terrible to work there. He has superiority complex that he is from one of the famous institute and so he look down on other people and people from non engineering background who working in tech. He has crossed his limits when he said in front of all my colleagues that my future will be nightmare ( the audacity oh god). and after all this bad remarks when I questioned him his excuse was that he is not a polite person. Mr. Akash you're just mannerless and nothing else. This whole job was a toll on my mental health. also the HR of this company is very unprofessional. Even from interns they cut tds and when I asked the process to get my money back hr didn't cooperate. Over all a very bad experience for a fresher to start their career there.
