Work culture is really good as it's not mandatory to go to office except for few teams who works under production.

Dislikes

Only thing that appraisals needs to be a bit more good as many times higher management may not be able to notice the work and efforts taken by each employees. Managers need to fight for their employees to retain them with good appraisals.

For digital designer, When the management changes, the company gets worse, like nothing. There is no job growth, no skill development. No proper hike and recognition in the company, no promotion for the employee; they will encourage only new employees. This creates an environment where experienced staff feel undervalued and demotivated, leading to high turnover rates. As a result, the company may struggle to retain talent and maintain a cohesive team culture.

1. Managers do not check in with you. 2. The management does not know who does what work. They rely on a sheet that is to be filled. 3. There is no room for creativity, it is a mundane robotic task with a few calls here and there. 4. Support from the team is only a namesake. Come an emergency, you will have to handle it yourself. 5. Platforms used like Sprout have SO MANY bugs which you only realise after you are in a crisis. Only join here if you are a fresher, otherwise expectations from you are sky high.

Dislikes

There is no job security in this company. There's a lot of politics on the floor, which makes it impossible to be professional. There is no work-life balance. In fact, even conversations about the same is frowned upon.
