...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

Tata think that ,the college from where they hired student only here in B.tech engineering subjects are teaches to the students in other colleges Tata think in B.tech except engineering subjects other subjects like history, geography, seismology teaches to the students.

1-Tata Steel provides job security to its employees. 2-Tata company security is carefully worked out and Safety is given importance.

Dislikes

1-There is no increase in the salary of the working employees for many years. 2- Many tasks listed by the employees which are not being done. 3- In Tata Steel, people at the top level are more important. Rest of the employees are not given importance.

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.

If you are working here then it's total waste of time and carrier because you will be dragged by superior person you never get growth here it's better to avoid here and even you work here will get exploit here

There is a lot of politics here and management doesn't address our issues salary is also poor slow growth
