In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.
