In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Most of the teammates are friendly. We work on our assignments and take help when we are need help from seniors or consultants. Work environment is just good. If we are willing to experiment, we get all the support from the management. We are reimbursed for the training and certification. We can take leaves liberally.

First day Joining , no Induction provided , because no HR Manager is there in company, 1 day did not let to comfort and settle in organization and did not let to understand the process directly asked to work without any proper guidance., and strict timings .first day itself asked whether you can do the task or not ,without any proper resource. and made me feel that iam a bonded labor .
