In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. For Tenon there is nothing to like about as you always work on the client site. So you don't know the work culture there.

Dislikes

You can't get clarification on your raised query it could be regarding salary slips, appointment letter etc. Even if you keep senior management in loop on email you still didn't get any response. Always fake promises will be made, they treat you as a security guard no matter if you're in white colour job. They hired you without even checking your documents but deduct some amount from your salary in the name of BGV and this is not anywhere in written and couldn't communicated earlier.

The situation of COVID 19 company has Terminated the Employees no salary gaven by this Company past 3month ago, This facility was gaven by the company, At this time employees Not even get job properly on rainy season, we upset who get the termination
