...ou can get fired anyday if you are on bench be it fresher or experienced person Salary is low All the good reviews on Glassdoor and Ambitionbox are by freshers who are forced by HR’s of the organisation to post a positive review. Please don’t fall for it

Likes

Employees are encouraged to learn and develop themselves. Continous learning at all stages of work. Leadership is approachable and motivating. HR is very good, flexible policies. Lunch reimbursements, broadband reimbursements etc are good.

Dislikes

nothing major. Travel reimbursement to the office can be considered.

Flat hierarchy, approachable leadership. Quite enthusiastic colleagues. Always push for self improvement along with company goals.

Nothing much on a company level. Some changes in policies like removal of sick Leaves tends to challenge ur personal plans.

Overall it's good place to learn and grow as a Test engineer, you get to work with some good people around you in the testing domain. People are helpful and they push you to do some good. Lot of learning opportunity and you can try the things your own.
