In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. very less salary, working hours 8am to 5pm, no chance for career growth, there are no one to teach you so you have to learn by yourself, many workers do not know technical reason why they are doing a particular works.

I have learnt allot in S&T department. Team mates are supportive. Reviewing and Rating is not fair and instead of giving proper salary hike they modify salary structure.😀😀😀😀

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.
