No work life balance in this company, have to take call 24 hours, need to get prior permission for taking leave which we taking on company terms. No promotion on time. Increment giving like a labour worker. Have to work on Sunday also.

Prompt salary by deducting variable pay without showing in our payslip

I worked for 14 yrs with this company, they cheated me by not giving variable pay of an amount Rs 2,70,000/- by showing the reason that I have joined in competitor company. Variable pay is my salary deduction in Annual CTC*. *Don't trust the company* in Bonus or Variable pay they are cheating the employees like me. Employee can join wherever he want, company has to settle the benefits of employee after leaving the job.
