GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time

On time salary and the incentive structure

Dislikes

Working hours. Behaviour of seniors. There is no job security if store manager and area manager don't like you then whatever hard work, smart work you will do they will torture you. And they will continiusly threat you that "Confirmation nehi dunga, terminate karunga"

Unplanned Management, Using talented manpower and management to support their business in terms to provide maximum profit. 1) Cost Cutting 2) Less Manpower 3) SOPs are made such a way to not trust on employees. 4) No work life balance. 5) Can't feel you are a Manager here. 6) No Growth in terms of learning. 7) Manager is here responsible just for floor setup. 8) Every Time need approval for all small tasks, 9) Server getting down usually, Just like daily things. 10) Bad management of Stock distribution, staffs need to go outer of the city to collect stock as trucks are not allowed in day to enter city. 11) no Work life balance, it's like you gets up go to work, come back to home for sleeping then again work. Any healthy man can get depression and health issues. 12) You can only avail 3CL per month. 13) Using old system to send attendance. 14) It's a big Company but they can't invest in portals to minimise manual work for Hiring. 15) Their is many loopholes in operation,and to hide each loopholes their is an SOP. If you don't follow it, it will lose your store marks. 16) instead of working on Loopholes, They have a fantastic team for SOP,(Audit Team). And then SOPs are born instantly. 17) Manager Can't sit in office, They have to be on the floor In all working hours, 18) Manager's don't have any IDs, Customers questions about on existence, whether a staff is talking or Manager. 19) Having same dressing sense as of staff, Dresses are also not getting changed timely. 20) If you are Hired as a Manager, Then be ready to work as a staff with more responsibilities.

Zero work life balance, Slow growth, internal management behave like we are pet dog's in his company. Everybody think like I am the owner of this company. You can understand it's wrong but,If you are shouting against them , then they will directly give you transfer out of city , even out of state also .
