1. The work environment is unhealthy, if often to leads to low morale and high stress. 2. The organization is heavily driven by internal politics. 3. Employees who perform well are overlooked during appraisals. Those who engage in flattery towards upper management tend to received higher Increment and Promotions. 4. The HO team treats site employees they are not a true part of the company. 5. There is no job security, especially for the site employee. Termination can be happen without prior notice or valid reason, based solely on management's discretion. 6. After completing the full notice period, employees commonly face delays or denials in receiving their experience certificates and full final settlement

1. Salary on time. 2. After completion notice period, they provide all f&f settlement, service certificate etc. 3. Working culture is good, not very bad. 4. Management is also good, not very crude. 5. Every year increment. 6. Even in during lockdown in 2020, they provide every month full salary to each employee on time, no cutting in salary, no job cuts.

1. Family accomodation amount is very less. 2. Management have to more strong about their stand point.

Everything. People are saying Tuaman pay salary on time but this is not true. Actualy they count from 25th to 25th and pay salary on 3rd or 4th of every month, so we cannot consider this as on time salary.

Good company, Salary in time mostly within 3rd or 4th Every month, Even in COVID situation no retrenchment and with full salary, Good office timing, good support from collogue or seniors, Mostly Bengalis people.

Work pressure must be percolated to the all level of management, why juniors will be penalize? Management must think otherwise resignation will continue
