In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. UBS india team is underestimated and less appreciated evn though Indian teams are doing fantastic jobs. The UK teams are jealous of indian teams and they dont prefer t share information with india . Lot of bias for India team in UBS which need to looked upon seriously.
