Some categories have good work culture, work life balance, whereas high-growth categories and cities like Cleaning, Tier-1 Cities are always drowned in overwork pressure. Good part about working in these categories is that there is a lot of learning to do, you might be given a number of different projects if you are up for it and you are part of a very large problem solving group. This makes you a really good problem solver working here.

...s to preach it, even the CXOs agree that working in UC is very hard and painful. While you have exciting projects and all, the compensation and career growth is not related to that, it majorly depends on how well you gel up with the team, who all you know because everybody is working hard and no one has the time to specifically look at how hard you are working. The offices (specially for Business teams) are very small and congested with no proper facilities. There is only one HQ which is located in Gurgaon, apart from all the other offices are basically category specific and city specific offices wherein partners are usually coming for training, etc. So, do check your office location and all before joining.

This company fires you after 6 months. There is so much work involved in this as if we are running the company. There is a time to come to office, there is no time to leave.

Upper management is very much interested in the organization. Culture is very supportive and is similar through tech department. Learning is good, senior folks have a good domain knowledge.
