Transparency in companies work policy, vision and mission, it's SOP's, training part is very good, internal promotions strategies is also good, and best thing is that it's top leaders are well experienced, supportive and a good mentor.

Working culture needs lot of improvement.. IT department is not strong. Some times any offer changes with out any prior information. Training and development is required at every designation

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...e company on 19th Feb 2024 and was laid off in March 2025 with no prior warning. On salary day, the company credited partial salary and sent an email announcing “structural changes.” Without any discussion or notice, they declared that my notice period had started as per the offer letter—effective immediately. During my joining, the HR pressured me to post positive reviews online to improve the company’s image, as there were already too many negative reviews. I regret complying with that request—it was my biggest mistake to join this organization. There was no support during the notice period, no referrals, and no help to find a new job. No severance, just basic salary during notice, and zero empathy from the management. The entire experience was disappointing and financially distressing, as I had to struggle with expenses and liabilities.
