...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Owner and Director Shri Lalit Agrawal. Down to earth person. Very friendly very motivational. Entire team is a family. No doubt pressure is everywhere and target is everywhere but the way team handles the situation and you gets appreciated rewarded receive kudos make the company best everywhere.

Bonus deduct from our ctc only. Amd if you resign they dont pay you bonus.

job is secure there and you can give 5 to 10 years to that company. bcz owner of company is very good human being.

...ure, boss are of very arrogant nature. hr does not support staff for any issues. Salary is to low

Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Dislikes

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.
