The only likeable thing in this company is that salary comes on time.

There is long list of dislikes - 1. Fake promises of growth and excellence at the time of interview 2. There is nothing systematic in this company , it is running by non technical non educated and family members of owners. 3. They said they were a data base oriented company but there whole data is trash nothing is correct , all reports are interlinked with each other but non of them is correct. 4. No justified KRA of any person, KRA will change here faster than the speed of light one day you are manager here by next moment you will be someone’s personal assistant and next moment you will be department here. Everything is so rubbish like trash can. 5. In terms of job security they will call it doli which will happen any hour after the joining without any review or prior notice they will kick you out like people through garbage out of there home everyday , they will leave you high nd dry without any backing on the road like beggars on street . Well I will say one thing in last before opting V2 for working please wait for something better may be it will take time but let them make your hard work wasted on good for nothing.

... you have to come for night shift and they can ask you to do day work same time. A season comes that is known as Doli season( Terminate from Job) at the time of every appraisal, Bonus and Etc.

Nothing to like, no work culture, just like autocracy in China, clarical work given to MTs. Plz talk with any current employee

...h market) 6. No job security depend on MD's wish 7. No chance for promotion. 8. Salary is very less (No word for perks) 9. Attrition rate is greater than Byjus. 10. No role is permanent you might be tranfered 2 or 3 depertment within a week

V2 The work culture of the V2 retail company is very poor, there is no way to talk to the seniors here, company has not given any guarantee of your job security here, you will be fired without any reason for talking here. No method, no work culture here, no work ethic here.(Just like baniya ki dukaan.)
