NO Job security - This is major concern in Veeva especially in migration team. I have seen managers removing employees for their personal ego without proper justification. No Ethics - Whatever manager say, you should agree without even questioning. If you start asking questions/raising concerns, they will keep you in red list and will fire you in next cycle. As per my undetstanding, Veeva is always hiring and always firing!!! Very poor project management

...parallel projects and make resources busy with giving no time for personal life. And salary structure is not standard and it is based on billable hours and which is not suitable for Indian salary practice

Job security. There is always silent firing. They expect you to work a lot and are not happy with your work. Office politics. Bad management team for Hyderabad. Overall it is safer to join other company.

Here are some of the qualities observed in India Migration Team Managers: 1. Unclear expectations from employees 2. Dishonorable and unethical behavior (Dictatorship) 3. No appreciation/recognition, always look for errors. 4. Poor project management. Veeva started growing in India in the last few years. Despite the company's well-established policies, the newly appointed managers are disregarding these guidelines and attempting to impose their own culture which deviates from the company's ethical and professional standards.

There are lots of negative points I observed working in veeva 1. Very poor management - feels like dictatorship 2. 0 job security - I would never suggest to join the Hyderabad team. 3. Always show the fear of firing from the job, a sincere request to management, in fear employee can't work his best, especially creativity dies. 4. So called veeva culture sucks a lot. You have to work from 9.30 am to 9.30 pm for sure !!!! Very odd timings for onshore calls. 5. To be Frank don't join the company if you get even good hike, look for other companies. Hyderabad team management is not good, they do lot of politics.
