They are losing the clients with their improper vision. 6. Instead of focusing on the company development , they are focusing on micromanagement. 7.They are not recruiting new people in the place of resigned employee, instead of they throw the workload on existing employee.

Work life balance is good and internal promotion is good

Less pay then market. From last 2 years clients are leaving and internally lot of people are fired. Especially who stayed in company for long term. SLT is just focusing on team realignment after people are fired or leave the org. Instead they should focus on company growth like how to get new clients and retain existing. Hikes are very bad. HR team is forcing to reduce rating

After some time, they will hire someone with a lower package and replace them with a higher package employee, then put the higher package employee in PIP and ask him to resign. 6.very less hikes. 7.bad parental insurance policy.

Pay is Bit low compared to market. Stretched hours working (mostly meetings) We can learn the things but no space to implement them.
