Work culture is pathetic. No support from senior management. For leave if you only informed to your project lead not to the people sitting in south India then the will increase your probation period. Lot of politics in the company. Only Ashok Gandhi Sir is very supportive in nature.

...s them to generate revenue without any support, even during the COVID situation. The company is well funded but the CEO does not want to save employees by paying them reduced salaries also. He does pay few women in the company which he likes. This is a hire and fire organization, traps candidates with their extravagant offer and then asks for resignation of you don't perform due to COVID situation. It just played with my life and ruined my career. They do not mention pay cuts on email, they do everything as per their whims and fancies.
