...to be a part of the company. We have a decent Leader/Management here at Vibgyor. I would say Vibgyor is a company that cares about its employees provides them decent salary on time and give them other financials benefit. I feel here like home.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about the Promotion, working at the same level for a long period makes me feel sad sometimes. However, we are getting two bonuses in a year and getting the appraisal every year but here is the single reason I dislike.

Everyone at Vibgyor Energy are great team players with unique and unmatched leadership qualities which makes the work culture very cooperative and progressive at every level. There's no office politics here and everything is transparent and straightforward

All the co employees are friendly, helpful and supportive. Specially here do not have any toxic environment which helps an employee to grow in professional life.

Our M.D Mr Viraj Gadhoke is very supportive in these days. We have been provided guideline to work from home since 1 day of Lock-down. Company has distributed sanitizers and brief assurance of our Job safety during these hard time.
