1. Salary will be credited at the end of the month. I never faced even a single-day delay in my career. 2. No issues with a two-wheeler parking. 3. Most of the employees will get development tasks from day 1, there is no bench concept like MNC 4. Based on Performance bonus will be credited for each project

1. As an employee we have to maintain an average of 9.30 working hours excluding lunch and breaks, Management will say 8 hrs work is sufficient but practically make us work a minimum of 9.30hrs 2. They have allocated 12 days of paid leave per year. I don't like the leave acceptance procedure, there will be no backup resources for employees due to this most of the time leaves will be canceled or 2 days of leave will be converted into 1 day. if two of the project member need leave at the same time then one of them leave will be canceled. 3. As per management policy they have 3 months notice period which is huge for this level(1-100 employees) of the company. they also consider the notice period from the date of management acceptance. management will take two months to accept the resignation(including any emergency situation). so a total of 5 months for employees to exit from the company. None of the companies will accept 5 months notice period including vThink. This simply indicates that management is not at all carrying about the employee's future. Management should consider 2 months notice period from the date of the employee intimation. 4. There is no comp off will be provided for Worked on Saturday and Sunday, In my experience at least 15 days per year, I have worked on the weekends.

Now am a Technical Lead with the experience of 7 year My skill is developed a lot from vThink. I am very much confident now to lead a team with my skills of iOS Swift, Android Java, React and React Native, Graph QL, and so on. Each day learning each year developing skills from here with the new technologies. The company giving a lot of opportunities for my career growth and skill development. Well, management. Management won't think of you as a part of a member of the company. They think of you as part of a member of their family. Need to know your skill in IT?. vThink will identify where you are fit and they find your talent for the suitable division. Once you joined here and proved your self then forget about job security. A good place to explore and learn new technologies and an employee friendly environment. Any employee could get the required guidance and help as there are no much hierarchies to reach people and even to reach management. Also, you will get your benefits on-time without any delay.

This is great place to learn new technologies, good platform to learn, enhance and showcase your skills. Projects are latest technologies and definitely will get more technical stack. The team members are supportive, and management was very friendly and respect the employees. I proud to be a part of a vThink team.
