    Only facility in this company is food and cab otherwise nothing

    No growth, no increment if they increased our salary is not more than 200 or 300 No skill development, no one let us to learn anything, lot of restrictions even in our break timings sometimes not allow to go for our break, partiality, not ready to pay for our efforts only influence can do anything, totally waste of time

    There is no much work pressure and can manage the work easily

    First of all there is no proper HR policy in the company... If an employee is hired from outside they will pay more salary but the same skilled employee who is working in same organization is not supported properly. This is the company where a Engineer position candidate who is hired from outside is having salary more than a Sr engineer and the Sr engineer who is working in same company for longer has salary that of Engineer. The company is located in Karnataka but the local people is very less in higher position but if you are candidate from TN you are getting more hike and promotion. The HR policy differs for Karnataka people and TN people Very worst culture and no proper support for young employees

    ... Due to management problem people are leaving company remaining salary increment not good due to this management only . Rules and regulations for some particular designation people. Wistron salary dates and remaining facilities are good . Company is super but present management is too much torturing. Particular department are good but some department people are too bad they are supporting their relatives. Increment, respect they will give according to their relationship. This is my personal experience from my department where I worked.
