Don't Let Ai Fears Get You Down!🚀
It feels like everywhere you look, there's a new headline about Al taking over jobs and changing everything as we know it. It's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed, when you hear all that talk. Al isn't just about job losses; it's about job evolution and creation too! Throughout history, new technologies have always shifted the job market, and while some roles change or get obsolete, many new and exciting opportunities emerge. Instead of focusing on the "Al is taking over" narrative, let's think about How Al can make our current jobs easier and more efficient. Imagine Al as a powerful assistant, not a replacement! * The new roles and industries that Al will create. Think about Al developers, ethicists, trainers, and specialists in countless fields. * The opportunity to learn new skills and adapt. Dislikes

The organization feels uninspiring, with a relaxed attitude yet undue pressure. Despite being in fintech, there's minimal emphasis on technology, and management's expectations are highly unrealistic—akin to asking a fish to climb a tree. Their behavior toward staff is unprofessional, using language that would be deemed inappropriate even when addressing a housemaid or servant. I'm confident that most of my department is actively seeking other job opportunities.

No KT,u need to run here and there and complete your task.Even manager will also say we were aware that we won't have KT. Juniors will lead who are in this company for 5 years and above. Not structured way of working. They need everything quick fix in 1day. Looks like support work even in development projects.

Horrible Management too much politics Manager behaves worst with new employees Mahesh Wani Doesn’t have value of there employees he never see employees effort he do lots of politics. WL lies to employees 1st they send JD for Technical Job role after that they provide Non-Technical jobs to employees think twice to join this organisation. No growth at all if you are joining this organisation through 3rd party then WL do not provide any hike to employees till 3years. if WL is your payroll company then they provide MAX 10% hike. If you are thinking you will learn lots of things and you will grow then please do not join WL for QA UAT in UAT Manger is belongs from non-technical backgrounds like Call centre manger do not have any technical knowledge he does only micromanagement he even took your loo’s record worst manager I ever got in WL for lunch you can’t go with your team you have to go one by one. if you have any issue you can’t discuss with Manager Mahesh Wani because he is insane he don’t even listen to you and yelling on you without any reason. he doesn’t have manners how to behave with your employees he always lies He said there is hybrid mode of work but for new employees there is WFO only (after probation too) and he also said in WL weekends are off but he takes work on weekends and WL not even pay for weekends and Overtime. Think mini 100 times to join this organisation because they will Destroy you career That Mahesh Wani Don’t have professionalism he don’t even allow to go his employees for loo If you are going loo more than two times he ask where are you going and why are you going loo for that much time. if you argue with him then he give silly reason to HR and asked HR to hold your salary. In WL Mahesh Wani doesn’t hire employees on the basis of knowledge but he hire employees on the basis of reference he hired a Girl She can’t even able to write a mail and spell the words he hired her because of she is relative of him. If you got offer for QA Mumbai location under Mahesh Wani please do not join WL and do not make your life hell stay home for lifelong but do not join. Mahesh Wani Treat employees like Labours. And About Career under Mahesh Wani there is no career word If you are searching for good career and knowledge then WL is wrong choice and under Mahesh Wani then WL is worse choice he come to office open his laptop, took nap, had lunch and after his lots of hard work he went for home and in between if he get time he do micromanagement. He have 0 knowledge of software Testing he don’t even know what employees do in testing. I don’t think so he even knows about BVA ECP like concept. He don’t even review Test Cases and Testing work. Due to his micromanagement employees are not able to do work as they want.
