It was good to work with this association. Staff & management was excellent.lot of things was there to boost our knowledge & experience.

I think payout doesn’t match according to responsibilities. I think it should be increase.

Company was good job security was also there but their management they need to more improve... as a social worker my experyence was excellant...

Third class organisation and third class HR. This organisation is cheated with their funder and not providing proper training programs result. Also taking fees from student and not maintaining their centres. The senior management behaving like Hitler and Mr. Kishor Kher not taking any action against him. Currently organisation facing Cash Crunch Issues and many team member left their jobs from this organization. Requeste you pls don't join this third class organization.

Senior Management behave like Hitler and they are not able to take their responsiblity. Mr. Kishor Kher is not looking this organisation. Request to funder don't provide fund to this organisations. They cheated to poor people and charged them fees for this training. Pls don't spoil your career in this NGO.

No payment against remaining leaves, Have to work of different different departments, So have to face some challenges to focus our mind on a specific work.
