The way you are comfortable at home. Feel the same here , As the work culture is like Mother helping her child to accomplish tasks, Father helping child in terms of Financial problems, Big Brother or Big Sister Helping Small Brother or Small Sister to learn what is right and perfect very fast.

I absolutely love my job in the Marketing department. its fat paced, It challenges me pushes me, and I have given autonomy to make things happen and the best part is I am surrounded by like minded individuals that want the same thing. I have previously worked at the places where office politics is rife and there is a conflict of interest between departments, here though everyone wants the same thing " To serve our clients and for the company to do well". There is no limit to my personal development. I have full control over what I learn and how I learn. If I don't understand something or I need any help everyone is prepared to help in any capacity they can.

Dislikes

The company is very fast paced. There is new learning every single day and lots of exiting things are going on. The downside to this is that you get caught up very quickly and need to have the self discipline to priorities and find work life balance. Like all businesses changes can be equally as fast paced. So knowing when to pivot and change direction and adapting is essential too, Its not necessarily a con, but I know this may not be for everyone.

People in the company specifically Delhi branch manager does the partiality with subordinates. Management also supports such person who dos not know how to handle team and how to behave with team members. He most of the time looses his patience and starts shouting like mad and abuses. He does not has any such skills to deal with such branch manager's position.

Few peoples have made working environment worst.
