Mediocrity is appreciated, as long as you keep the higher ups entertained you are good to go.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a joke, 9 hr workday 6 days a week, you will actually be working for longer with no question of overtime pay. They do a layoff every quarter in the name of cost optimisation, your performance does not impact whether you stay or not at all, the more you are paid the higher your chance at being laid off, no matter your position. Their pay is way below industry standards for same roles & positions, which is why the attrition rate is very high in top positions & they aren't able to fill them back at all.

Good supportive team at the start, aggressive culture which turned toxic after a time. Flexibility in working and good facility such as insurance policy.

Dislikes

...ary was only for people who sit regularly with HO and higher management members. Irrespective of hard work smart work profit you have earned for company No promotions and No Salary Hike for them. South people are promoted and hiked good. If targets are not completed, management used to call regarding leaving job. Very bad culture.

Felt responsibility in executing project works. Zetwerk is trying to change the work culture of HO people in construction work as of IT companies. HR department have best people in entire Zetwerk. I am having some family issues and bound to stay in Chandigarh. If Zetwerk is thinking about opening a RO office in Delhi or in Chandigarh. I will Join Zetwerk without any second thought. Zetwerk provides best workplace environment, as for me.

...rk done less than at Rs. 300 per cum. But our sales team quoted Rs. 180 per cum. If that order got finalized who will be going to pay extra burden of 30 crores. Main issue is lying there.

I really like the salary on time policy and the culture of the work place.

I disliked the selection process and promotion process. Employees are selected through 3rd party and there are many ones with higher experience being paid less and kept in 3rd party.
