Micro-management and reviews will be taken from unofficial project leads not from respective department head . 20. No technical Knowledge candidates are being unofficial leads in projects and they doesn't have a fresher knowledge also 21. Manager Vinod Choudhari look into your favorite sisya i.e your previous project unofficial lead Someswara Rao Maripi and Ravi teams chats you will feel very happy about them. 22. Dropping employees who has been worked in the organization for a period of 3+ years into PIP without valid reason and getting work done from them by extending PIP duration. 23. R&D manager doesn’t have management skills 24. Like Non-IT company everyday employees should write in ledger book the reason for late check-in’s . 25. R&D Manager/head doesn’t have a common sense on treating employees when they are in his cabin & doesn’t ask them to sit also even if he do discussion for an hour also. 26. Chu**** manager always forgets whatever he spokes minute back and ask employees to remember about what he said 27. R&D head/manager always says nothing is there in his hand .If you have nothing wear saree and bangles and sit in your home buddy G**ndu Vinod Choudhari this review is by ex-employee ,I hope from this review you can find me . ...yone is an chineese puppets. Not treating employee as human. HR team is useless. Salary delay and coming on 7th. Strict timings and if you come late even 20 mins you will loose your salary

...d ZKTeco to anyone looking for career advancement or a healthy work environment. They will deduct 500 rupees from the salary in 1 minute delay also. Never seen such toxic company with this kind of stupid higher management people.

You can learn about the software and products. However people will not guide you step by step.You have to ask them everytime.

There is no job security at all and not much learning, growth.HR policy is applied only on the paper but not on real life when it comes to Salary and resignation.
