Management only care about targets and in there is lots of corruption and infiltration of goods. They have same strategy for all Territory. There is no leaders only dictetors. Even upper managments are also using shortcut strategy and false commitment to Doctor.

First of all I want to tell you salary increments very very poor. If a person in pool headquarter. Who is doing good work and conversions, at least You consider that person. Giving good increments. Now a days everything expensive. So, please look in to that.

Company offers good package. Gives bonus every year which is part of package.

...ity. No HR regulations, as your seniors can eat your job anytime when they want. Offers good package at time of joining but later on there is no growth opportunity once you join the organisation. No personnel development programme organised by the company. But provide basic training at the time of new joining. Your job is always uncertain if you are failed to fulfill company's expectations just for 1 or 2 months specially in sales profile. No motivation or rewards for performers. Rewards which company anounce are totally unachievable or not feasible.

culture is worst as they only look into final number not the process. One fine morning they will ask you to leave by simply send a mail communication & relieve you. Suddenly ask you not to go to fieldwork for so many days without any communication especially in vivo division
