Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have been interviewed 3 times (total 10 rounds) in the last 14 months for the same profile and I cleared the interviews every time.
At first, I have been interviewed in three rounds in March'2020 but due to Covid-19 they reduced the salary budget and asked me to join at the same package.
The second time, they interviewed me for three rounds (Two technical and one with VP) in the month of July'2020 for the same profile, but in the end, they negotiating the CTC on 20% hike.(during this duration my CTC was already increased by 16%).

And the third time, Interview was scheduled in May 2021, the whole interview process takes 20 days. All technical rounds were done with the same people for three rounds (Two technical and one with VP) and fourth with HR VP for salary negotiation and they end negotiating to offer 30% in the Current CTC while at the starting of the interview process I have already informed them I have already been offered with 40% hike from Tier-1 organization.

My suggestion to people to set the expectation to HR people for the salary and position and don't bother the candidate, if you can't match the expectations.
