When HR’s Chinese English made me drop the interview!
So, I talked to the HR yesterday about the interview. I asked Please send me the location But their English… bro I was shocked! It was like talking to someone jisne english nahi kuch ar hi seekh liya ho, if the HR’s English is this I can only imagine the rest of the company I decided to drop the interview with this chinese english😶‍🌫️

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Unfortunately From 2019, recruitment become biased as director (along with few Hod) over there is recruiting his own people from sonipat/haryana side especially in IT and EC department via HR (HR head is recruited via director only in order to ease recruitment their known associates faculty to meet personal benefits). You can verify this demographic biasdness for faculty recruitment by counting demography for already recruited faculty after 2019 till date). So dont expect yourself to be get hired even after your good job profile. Many HoD especially from ECE and CSE don't recruit experienced persons from IITs as they fear that they can be replaced(insecure about their position). For verifying this fact, just see profile of faculties with KIET experience >5 in above depts. ,(most of them are either having modular degree or second division and none of them are from IIT or NITs).It is past veriified record ,that ,if somehow faculty from IIT or NIT is recruited , they are misused by HOD for their selfishness (like NBA or Organising conferences) and forced to resign within span of 1 to 2 years due to false comments/ feedback submitted by Hod(EC, CSE,ME) to management via HR). Culture in KIET is good,if Few HOD having KIET-experience more than 15 years ,get replaced as monopoly is followed by them). Undoubtedly good thing with KIET till now is that they pay salary on time and regularly . I suggest you to keep these points in mind before going interview. IN INTERVIEW they don't bother about how much you knowledgeable you are, the thing which matter is that how much you are good with bootlicking , and how could be you useful in NBA and NAAC and work there with honey in your tongue and say " yes sir" always).

  • Q1. Nothing special..they are taking candidates on contract basis..no need to worry about interview.
  • Q2. Only introduction
  • Q3. Depends on what purpose/company they are taking.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Before interview my opinion,dont join NIIT cause they even dont know whether the contract will renew or not.99% contract ends before the deadline due to miscommunication between NIIT & company.they will treat their employees like an animal.
