Harassed women in corporate
It's not a good company specially for womens. Old people don't want to work, and if they hire new employees, they want to push the old team to work. So, the old team harasses you during operations and even threatens you. Male staff specifically harass female staff, saying things like 'Meet me outside, and I'll teach you who's boss.' If we complain to the cluster head, they won't do anything about it.Specifically, male staff harass females, demanding they do what they want, or else they'll make it difficult for them to work. Cluster managers are friends with the old staff, so they don't take any action. The company doesn't seem to value hard work; instead, it seems to favor those who don't know much about operations. I'm not supposed to work, but because of personal issues, they've given me derogatory names which i can't say such kind . If you're not on good terms with someone, the old staff will even bring in their family to threaten you, even in front of the cluster head.
