Interview Questionnaire

1 Question

  • Q1. What is your dream company?

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was my second on campus interview , while the first one went horribly wrong. After learning lessons from the first one, I bagged the second.
My interviewer was a very technically sound senior who was not only a kind person but also very motivating person. After the technical questions were done, he asked me the question of my dream company, and I answered it without even fidgeting. I happen to mention a very successful MNC in construction industry. I answered the question and immediately supported it with an explanation. He understood my reasons and appreciated for my honesty.
We need not always sugar coat our answers during the interview, because people who are sitting across the table are more experienced than us. Even they know the facts.
My advice would be that one must be "honest, confident and reasonable with facts" for any question during an interview.
