Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

360 Realtors is looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in land acquisition, especially from individual landowners and farmers. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling negotiations, resolving disputes, and managing ground-level challenges during the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source land parcels suitable for real estate development.
• Engage directly with landowners/farmers for acquisition discussions.
• Negotiate deals while building and maintaining trust with stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough due diligence including legal title checks and documentation.
• Resolve conflicts, ownership issues, and disputes at the local level.
• Liaise with legal, revenue, and government authorities for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and compliance documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, particularly dealing with farmers and local landowners.
• Strong ability to manage on-ground conflicts, disputes, and sensitive negotiations.
• Sound knowledge of land laws and local administrative procedures.
• Experience in coordinating with local authorities and government bodies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Sector 43).
  

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (depending on experience)
