Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Skill development - Excellent
As you go up, you will be pissed off by the management policies. Even though you get to learn new skills/tools you dont have option to chose project matching to your skills. You can be landed randomly to a project where you have total skill mismatch. In hand salary is much lesser when compared to other CMM Level 5 service based companies.
