Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements, contributing to the design process, and engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead design discussions to ensure alignment with business requirements- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members- Contribute to the development of best practices within the team
