Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining the highest level of security governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.- Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) to ensure successful project execution.- Maintain the highest level of security governance.- Collaborate with multiple teams to make informed decisions.- Provide advisory services to stakeholders on security matters.- Identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.- Lead incident response and investigation activities.- Conduct security audits and assessments.- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.- Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Governance.- This position is based at our Bangalore office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
