Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Industry Strategy team in Public Services, with 15-18 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and be able to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive industry strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with industry strategy implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of industry strategies and adjust as needed.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of public services and their role in driving business development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing industry strategies.

1. Very bad official.portals like workday, salary portal and most of company portals seems like working on 2011 websites 2. Very few courses to upskill on learning portal 3. HR are very bad at responding qieries 4. NO HIKE OR GROWTH SINCE 2.5 YEARS. 3 TO 5 PERCENT HIKE IN 3 YEARS IS NOT CALLED GROWTH 5. BONUS PROMISED BUT NOT GIVEN
