Role & responsibilities
For Sales:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of
industry trends.
Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
Sales Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance
feedback.
Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team members' skills and product knowledge.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive business growth and
secure long-term partnerships.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies
to maximize sales effectiveness.
Generate regular sales reports, including key performance indicators, sales forecasts, and market trends, to
provide insights to the executive team.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
