Sales / Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generating leads from various sales channels and manage a wide range of sales techniques.
• Handlings calls, emails and walk-ins to build a strong pipeline of new leads.
• Building relationship through effective communication with potential customers
• Develop and manage relationships with government and private institutions and agencies to drive sales of company services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Business-to-Government (B2G) sector.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales and expand market presence in the government sector.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the company offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with government agencies to secure long-term business partnerships.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred with
• Analytical, problem solving, communication skills
• At least 6 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development (B2G/B2B), preferably in sports floorings and infrastructure or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of synthetic sports surfaces and government procurement processes and tendering.
• Prior experience in dealing with architectural firms and government departments is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a proactive business development approach.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities.
