Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing function and drive growth across digital platforms. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of paid media, SEO, analytics, and customer acquisition/retention strategies-along with a strong inclination toward sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead digital strategy across channels-search, social, display, video, affiliate, and email.
- Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution: Oversee and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, analysts, and agency partners. Cross-functional collaboration with category, content, product, and technology teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, and attribution models: Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings. Collaborate with content and tech teams for on-page and off-page optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or sustainability-focused sectors.
- proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, SEO, Meta Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performance digital campaigns with measurable impact.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Analytics, and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
