Job Description
- The Senior Research Analyst/ Analyst will be responsible for leading impact assessment studies, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses, and end-to-end evaluations across social sector programs.
- Key responsibilities include developing research designs (baseline, midline, endline frameworks), managing primary and secondary data collection, and conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- The role requires strong expertise in SROI calculations, value-for-money assessments, and alignment with OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.
- The analyst will prepare detailed impact reports, case studies, and actionable recommendations for CSR, nonprofit, and multilateral agency clients.
- Proficiency in developing theories of change, outcome harvesting, and contribution analysis will be essential.
- Experience in managing field teams, designing surveys using digital tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO), and stakeholder consultation will be preferred.
- Strong skills in statistical software (SPSS, STATA, or R) and report writing are necessary.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the social/development sector and a master s degree in economics, public policy, development studies, or related fields is required.
