Job Description
Broker Vote and Corporate Access Analyst. Broker Vote is the system institutional clients use to evaluate the services provided by their brokers. The feedback is usually sent via a PDF; can be mentions, points, ranks, etc. The person helping will be responsible of standardizing that information and ranking our analysts in EMEA. Corporate Access are all the events our analysts have organized with corporates, and they get credit for this. Processing these 2 metrics incorrect would negatively impact our analysts performance. In addition, he/she will also be supporting the US team when needed.
What we look for in the associate:
- Excellent work ethics.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, and resourceful - go beyond the tasks given and not afraid to ask when in doubt.
- Open to feedback, good attitude.
- Work independently - I do not micromanage.
- Excellent time management and organization - the priorities can shift from one day to another depending on how urgent the requests are. Complying with deadlines is important.
- Good knowledge of Tableau and VBA.
- Good communication skills.
